Even ‘til this day Ernst Mahle’s quotation is present in our quality principles.

Based on a corporate Quality Policy, MAHLE Metal Leve always operates toward effective quality management. The responsibilities and goals are applied from capable process planning, through demanding controls and apt personnel, until the assurance of delivery of conformity products.

MAHLE Metal Leve prioritizes the quality management planning that preventively identifies defects, purposing the reduction of quality costs. Effective control done before, during and after the productive process is developed to eliminate non-conformities.

Purposing to assure a uniform quality standard throughout the entire organization, through a conjoint initiative, MAHLE Metal Leve developed a single assessment and monitoring systematic for its suppliers as to quality product, quality process and quail system, bringing incentives to the search for conformity with ISO/TS 16949 and expanding our quality system according to the Quality Policy.

    2012 Award Sindirepa SP 2012 - The Company was a Gold winner in the category of Engine Repairs in the third edition of "The Best of the Year". The award has as purpose highlight the performance of the best partners for the repair of vehicles in each segment, with the claim that the good examples reflect in general improvement of repairs for cars, and, consequently, in the provision of these services to their customers.     2012 INMETRO Mandatory Certification - The Company obtained the certification related to INMETRO 301/2011 and 275/2012 Rules, on the mandatory certification established for many products and for obtaining the seal from the National Institute of Metrology, Standardization and Industrial Quality.     2012 QSB Certification by General Motors – The industrial complex BU1 - Mogi Guacu was qualified by GM in requirement Basic System of Quality (QSB), specific of customers GM and Fiat, with the audit in conrods industrial plant.     2012 People Award - The Company has sent three projects for the People Award (MAHLE Formare School), On-Line HR and Excellence in the Management of People in the Tech Center).  It is a new modality of awards of the MAHLE Group Worldwide, implemented in 2012, which aims at the recognition of best practices for HR and Social Responsibility.
