Communication Committee

The Communication Committee is an administrative body, incorporated in 2006, formed by the company’s directive board and presided by the Director of Investors’ Relations.

It bears the function to institute the company’s guidelines as to the information provided to the market, zeal over the compliance with CVM Instruction 358, evaluate and provide increments in MAHLE Metal Leve’s regular communication as well as in the Corporate Governance practices.
